  • 1/2 cup of raw pumpkin (add to water in a measuring cup) OR cooked pumpkin
  • 3/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 orange, peeled
  • 1 tbsp of honey, agave or maple syrup (to sweeten)
  • 1 knob of fresh ginger (optional)
  • 1-3 tsp of flax seeds (optional fiber boost)
