- 1/2 cup of raw pumpkin (add to water in a measuring cup) OR cooked pumpkin
- 3/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk
- 1 orange, peeled
- 1 tbsp of honey, agave or maple syrup (to sweeten)
- 1 knob of fresh ginger (optional)
- 1-3 tsp of flax seeds (optional fiber boost)
